About
As a Global Location Manager (Level 2), you lead one specific location defined as Country • State • City (example: Haiti • Ouest • Port-au-Prince OR United States • MA • Boston). You coordinate local members, onboarding verification, safety rules, meetups, and reporting to the Chapter Manager (Level 3).
Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly location meetups (online or hybrid).
  • Verify applicants match location eligibility (same country/state/city + citizenship rule if required).
  • Coordinate a local communication channel and basic member support.
  • Maintain attendance and a short monthly report.
  • Support local partners and outreach (optional).
  • Escalate conflicts and reports to Chapter Manager.
Requirements
  • Able to reliably operate in the target city/location.
  • Strong organization and communication.
  • Respect for safety rules and code of conduct.
  • Basic ability to document and report activities.
Nice-to-have
  • Experience leading student orgs/meetups.
  • Robotics/STEM background is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills (EN/FR/HT) depending on location.
