About
As a Global Chapter Manager (Level 3), you lead a chapter defined as Country • State (example: United States • MA, Haiti • Ouest, France • Paris Region). You supervise multiple locations (cities) inside the chapter, appoint Level 2 Location Managers, coordinate workshops/events, and ensure consistent onboarding, documentation, and safety.
Responsibilities
  • Appoint and coach Level 2 Location Managers within the chapter.
  • Set chapter calendar (meetups, workshops, showcases).
  • Validate member eligibility for the chapter (country/state rules).
  • Coordinate chapter-wide competition readiness and milestones.
  • Maintain chapter documentation and reporting.
  • Work with Country Manager (Level 4) on growth and partners.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and operations experience.
  • Ability to manage volunteers across cities.
  • Comfort with reporting and documentation.
  • Reliable communication and conflict handling.
Nice-to-have
  • Partnership/sponsor outreach experience.
  • Robotics/STEM background.
  • Project management tools (Docs/Sheets/Notion/Trello).
