About
As a Global Country Manager (Level 4), you own the leadership and performance of AiTWobo inside one country. You supervise Chapter Managers (Level 3), launch new chapters (states/regions), enforce standards, coordinate partners/sponsors, and report KPIs upward.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, appoint, and evaluate Chapter Managers (Level 3).
  • Launch and approve new chapters (Country • State).
  • Set national standards for onboarding, safety, and reporting.
  • Coordinate national partnerships and sponsor pipeline.
  • Track KPIs: membership, events, projects, competition readiness.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and governance experience.
  • Experience managing leaders across multiple regions.
  • Strong communication and accountability.
  • Comfort with partnerships and reporting.
Nice-to-have
  • Fundraising and sponsorship experience.
  • Public speaking / media comfort.
  • Strong STEM/robotics network.
