L2 manages a specific location unit. You keep things organized at the city level: onboarding members, coordinating meetups, maintaining local lists, and ensuring local rules and safety. You report to the Chapter Manager (L3) and collaborate with other locations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate local meetings, workshops, and community activities
Onboard and support members in your city/location scope
Maintain accurate local member lists and activity updates
Escalate issues and needs to the Chapter Manager (L3)
Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
Requirements
Active member in good standing (recommended L1 experience)
Strong communication and reliability
Ability to organize people and follow process
Basic admin skills (forms, reporting, scheduling)
Nice-to-have
Experience mentoring or leading small teams
Event planning or community-building background
Comfort using AiTWobo platform tools (posts, discussions, dashboards)
