About
L3 oversees a chapter scope (Country–State). You coordinate multiple L2 Location Managers, set monthly goals, track progress, and protect the quality of activities. You ensure consistent onboarding, events, safety standards, and collaboration across locations.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise L2 Location Managers and support their execution
  • Approve and organize chapter-level meetings and plans
  • Track participation and outcomes; report to Country Manager (L4)
  • Maintain chapter standards (safety, behavior, learning quality)
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure transparent decision-making
Requirements
  • Proven reliability as L2 or strong leadership experience
  • Ability to manage multiple people/teams
  • Good judgment, fairness, and discipline
  • Comfort writing reports and setting measurable goals
Nice-to-have
  • Experience running programs, clubs, or technical teams
  • Public speaking and community partnerships
  • Strong technical background in robotics/engineering
