L4 is national leadership. You coordinate country-wide direction, ensure chapters work together, approve major plans, and build partnerships. You work with L3 Chapter Managers, define national priorities, and represent AiTWobo with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Define national priorities and ensure chapters align with them
Support and evaluate L3 Chapter Managers
Build partnerships (schools, NGOs, sponsors, local institutions)
Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and brand standards
Report national progress to Global Director (L5)
Requirements
Strong leadership record (L3 or equivalent)
Ability to manage multiple chapters and stakeholders
High integrity, professionalism, and conflict resolution skills
Comfort with planning, budgets, and national coordination
Nice-to-have
Fundraising / sponsorship experience
Media/public relations experience
Experience leading multi-site organizations
