Terms and Conditions for Joining the AiTWobo Global Robotics Club

Welcome to the AiTWobo Global Robotics Club! By joining our network, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which ensure a safe, productive, and inclusive environment for all members.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1. Citizenship Requirement: To register for a club in any country within the AiTWobo global network, you must be a citizen of that country.

1.2. Age Requirement: Members must meet the age criteria specified by the individual country clubs, which may vary.

1.3. Consent: Members under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to join.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1. Respect and Inclusivity: All members must treat each other with respect and promote an inclusive environment, free from discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, or any other characteristic.

2.2. Integrity: Members are expected to act with integrity and honesty in all club activities and interactions.

2.3. Safety: Members must prioritize safety in all activities, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols provided by the club.

3. Participation

3.1. Active Involvement: Members are encouraged to actively participate in club meetings, activities, and events.

3.2. Collaboration: Members should collaborate and share knowledge with others, fostering a spirit of teamwork and mutual learning.

3.3. Representation: When participating in competitions or public events, members represent AiTWobo and their country’s club and must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the club’s values and reputation.

4. Use of Resources

4.1. Club Resources: Members must use club resources (including equipment, software, and materials) responsibly and for their intended purposes.

4.2. Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Any projects or innovations developed using club resources may be subject to shared ownership or specific agreements as determined by the club.

5. Competitions and Events

5.1. Participation: Members are encouraged to participate in local, national, and international competitions and events organized by AiTWobo or its partners.

5.2. Conduct: Members must adhere to the rules and guidelines of each competition or event and display sportsmanship and professionalism at all times.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Personal Information: The club will collect and use members’ personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the club’s privacy policy.

6.2. Confidentiality: Members must respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared within the club.

7. Disciplinary Actions

7.1. Violation of Terms: Any member found to be in violation of these terms and conditions may be subject to disciplinary actions, including but not limited to suspension or termination of membership.

7.2. Appeals: Members have the right to appeal any disciplinary action in accordance with the club’s appeal process.

8. Amendments

8.1. Updates: AiTWobo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any changes and are expected to comply with the updated terms.

Admission Process

1. Verify Eligibility: Confirm that you meet the citizenship and age requirements outlined above.
2. Book an Appointment: Schedule an appointment at Book Appointment with an administrator, who will assist you in creating your account.
3. Receive Unique Email: After the meeting, you will be provided with a unique email address @aitwobo.com, using Titan Email. For more information, visit Titan Email.
4. Find Your Local Club: Browse the directory for nearby clubs.
5. Confirmation of Transition: Agree to transition to the research staff member role.
6. Receive Confirmation: After approval, you will receive a confirmation email.
